In case the product delivered does not match the size ordered, you are required to share the details with us at (email) within 15 days from the delivery date.
Product images may slightly vary from the actual product due to photography purpose or may differ based on your screen resolution and other settings. Therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason. Exchange requests will be catered if a product is defective or the wrong product has been delivered.
Products purchased on Sale cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
KaajbyLubna does not offer refunds, except in case of pre-payments where an item is either out of stock or the product has any kind of manufacturing defect.
We do not offer cash refunds.
In case of prepaid orders, refunds for the defective product will be processed after the product has been returned to KaajbyLubna. Refunds may take up-to 15 working days to reflect in your bank account from the time we have received the product.
